Shichon Express

Shichon Express guarantees this puppy to be healthy at the time of purchase.  This puppy will be current on all vaccinations and deworming.

The buyer agrees that Shichon Express' obligation ceases and this contract/guarantee is VOID if the buyer fails to see a qualified veterinarian within 3 days of receiving puppy (need a copy of vet check sent to us), does not continue the vaccination series, deprives the puppy of any medical treatment needed or physically abuses or neglects the puppy in any way.

Shichon Express will guarantee this puppy for 1 year.  If a genetic medical problem exist a replacement puppy will be given upon returning of said puppy within 72 hrs. If AKC we will need these papers returned to us.

Shichon express has 1 year to provide a replacement, if a replacement can not be made within a year a cash refund will be issued.  Seller is not responsible for any vet bills, medications or travel expenses once puppy is in buyers care.

This guarantee does not include umbilical hernias, tight nostrils, coccidiosis which can come out in a stressed puppy.  Shichon Express will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus after 72 hrs of puppy pick up, as these are highly contagious diseases that can be contracted immediately after leaving our premises.

Shichon Express does not guarantee size, color or fertility.  All puppies are sold as pets only and buyer agrees to spay or neuter puppy by six (6)months of age.  AKC puppies are sold with limited papers unless an agreement has been made with Shichon Express.

Only deposits can be made by a personal check (these are NON-Refundable).  Final payment which is due by the time puppy reaches eight (8) weeks of age can be made by Cash, Postal Money Order, Western Union or Wal-Mart Money Gram. 

Puppies will be turned over to the new owners after puppy has reached eight (8) weeks of age, if puppy is picked up prior to 8 weeks of age health guarantee does not apply and is VOID.

 We ship anywhere American Airlines flies, this cost is $300.00.
